Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
-
How do I place an order?
Find something that vibes with you, select your preferred colour, pick your size, hit Add to Cart, then pull the trigger. That’s it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, Visa or Mastercard — all the usual suspects. We also have secure, 1-click checkout with Link.

How long does shipping take?
Everything is printed-on-demand, not pulled off some dusty shelf.
Production takes about 2–5 business days, then shipping kicks in.
Give it 7–14 days to ship, depending on customs and your postcode.
In total, 14-21 days is a safe estimate.
Will I get a tracking number?
Of course. Once it’s in production and on the move, you’ll get tracking info in your inbox.
Where do you ship from?
Right now, our production partners ship from China and USA. So wherever you’re buying from, we’ll get your order to you.
How much is shipping?
The shipping fee is on the house. We gotchu.
Why does it say FULFILLED on my order status page?
That means your order’s been packed up by our production partners and is making its way to you. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get an email with the tracking link to follow the journey. When it lands at your doorstep, that’s when it switches to COMPLETED.

What’s the fit like?
Most of our tees are relaxed fit, with heavyweight 300 GSM 100% cotton. Think boxy cut, drop shoulders. Meant to drape, not cling. If you're unsure, size charts are in each product page.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Since every piece is made-to-order, we don’t offer size-based returns or exchanges. So double-check the size chart before you pull the trigger.
-
Can I return my item?
Only if something went seriously sideways — wrong item, factory defect, or major quality issue. If that happens, hit us up at hello@tukangtembak.com within 7 days of receiving it, attach some pictures, and we’ll make it right.
What if I change my mind?
We don’t take returns for buyer’s remorse. Every piece is made when you order — it’s personal, not off-the-shelf. So please choose carefully.

Who’s behind Tukang Tembak?
One guy in Kuala Lumpur. Big football fan, with a laptop, and an unhealthy obsession with Arsenal, graphic design, and telling stories through oversized t-shirts. You can read more here.
What does Tukang Tembak mean?
Literally? The shooter in Malay. Gunners lah kira.
Figuratively? It’s a nod to risk-takers. The ones who shoot their shot, miss a few, but don’t stop firing.

What does made-to-order mean?
We don’t bulk print. We only produce when you order. It cuts waste, keeps us lean, and ensures each piece is made fresh.
Do you use AI to design your tees?
Yeah, we do. AI tools are part of the process — just like Photoshop, Illustrator, or caffeine. We use it to sketch, mock up, and move fast, but every final design still passes through a human brain, a sharp eye, and plenty of edits.
We're not just slapping prompts and calling it a day. Every graphic goes through rounds of tweaking, testing, and tuning until it feels right. If it doesn’t make us feel something, it doesn’t go up.
So…will my tee look exactly like the product preview?
Almost. But no digital image can perfectly represent a physical product. Factors like screen brightness, fabric weave, and printing techniques all play a role in shaping the final look.
The preview shows the concept. The real tee delivers the substance.
Trust us: if anything, it’ll look better on you than in a JPEG.
How often do you release new t-shirt designs?
Hard to say, but we aim to release new designs every month. Just check back whenever you want to. The designs on the website aren’t going anywhere.
